Our partnered parcel service is Royal Mail, please allow up to 5-7 working days to receive your order. We will send a confirmation email after your purchase with us. At Conduor our utmost care is to make sure our products are packaged carefully and arrive within the scheduled time. Customers will receive a tracking reference number to see the progress of their order.

RETURNS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As we are a small start up business we are currently not providing any returns and exchanges for any of our items. If you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer sales team contactus@conduor.co.uk where we will provide further support.

In order for your faulty items to be eligible for a return it must meet the following terms and conditions:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Faulty items cannot be processed for if it is not requested within 24 hours

2. No fragrance or odours on the garment

3. The clothing tag needs to be attached with the label

Failure to adhere to these rules will effect the process of your return and you will not receive a full refund.
